Kalma walked in with Achason and Zirntira. They took a booth seat at the far wall. Zirnitra laid by Kalma's feet under the table.
"Want anything?" Achason asked her.
"You know what I like." Kalma said smiling playfully at him.
"Liquid Galaxies it is." he said returning the smile.
A few minutes later Achason returned to their table and gently set down the glass and bottle in front of her.
"What did you get?" Kalma asked him.
"Just a cola. You know I don't drink." he said.
Kalma nodded and sipped her drink. She wanted to come here to relax and unwind.
"So how long have you been with the Sith in general?" Achason asked.
"Since I was about twenty years old." Kalma said. Had it really been fourteen years since first arriving on Dol Gorath? "Wow time really flies. It's been quite a journey though."
"You said that you knew my older brother, Tarna." Achason said.
Kalma nodded.
"Yes. He was the Grand Inquisitor of Matas' sith empire. I was his High Inquisitor. He kind of chose me for that job it seemed. I mean, I passed his tests and I got the job. Thinking back on it now, his tests seemed easy. I still wonder if that was on purpose."
"Did you like the job?" Achason asked.
"I did. I really didn't have to do much. I let Tarna take care of the work, but I still did whatever he asked me to do. I had a lot of respect for him. I never questioned him. It felt like I had it easy. I think that's part of the reason why I loved that job back then. I had respect and authority while Tarna took care of most of the work. He didn't seem to mind though. I think Tarna loved his job." And me. She thought after she spoke. Kalma continued. "Did you know Tarna got Zabraki tattoos all over himself? It was quite the sight." Kalma said thinking back to the funny memory.
"Really? When was this?" Achason asked curiously.
"It was the day he proposed to me. I had the day off and he actually came to my home with those tattoos all over him." Kalma said smiling.
Achason laughed then nodded. "Yeah. He must have really liked you."
"Well, some people do crazy things when they're in love." She said.
"Well don't expect me to do that." Achason teased.
"I never asked you to." Kalma said still smiling at him.
