Aptly named, the Repository of the Ancient contains a vast wealth of knowledge from both the Sith and Jedi. Numerous pieces of galactic history have been collected and preserved here, and the volume of information stored here rivals the greatest libraries of the Core. Many of the Repository's rarer contents, especially Sith artifacts, were brought to New Bethrezen by Brotherhood members such as Darth Exolus. The Repository consists of five main levels:
Ground Floor/Level One: Reception, Main Library, Reading Area, and Holocron Booths
The main floor of the Repository, accessible to all members of the New Sith Brotherhood. The main floor contains a vast library of information stored on innumerable datacards and computers. Here librarian Telsin Drobindred may be found. Numerous reading and study areas are available for public use, as are personal booths where Sith may, with permission, consult the Holocrons of old. The two-leveled design resembles the Great Library of the Old Jedi Temple.
Level Two: Space-Time Museum
A vast white chamber, the central feature of the Space-Time Museum is a gigantic holo-representation of the galaxy. Information on various planets, species, and important events are available via the Museum's many consoles. Although this floor is accessible to all members of the Brotherhood, some of the information on the computers - such as the locations of secret Union bases and spheres of influence - is restricted. This floor is manned almost completely by droids.
Level Three: Starship Museum
Essentially a small starship hangar, the Starship Museum showcases a myriad assortment of starships and designs. Many of the starships are dilapidated versions bought as scrap from Corellian Engineering Corporation; others are replicas of discontinued or truly ancient designs. Several of the most modern designs were donated to the Museum by Brotherhood members and associates. The Starship museum serves as a monument to the evolution of space travel, chronicling history from the earliest chemical rockets and space-planes to the mighty Star Dreadnoughts of the Galactic Empire.
Level Four: Repository
Restricted to the Brotherhood's Sith masters, the Repository houses the originals of all duplicated material found within the Repository. Also among the Repository's shelves are exceedingly rare and valuable artifacts and documents, as well as the restricted Holocron Vault - which contains, among many others, the Holocron of Darth Xaos himself. All of these have been carefully preserved and stored, and are guarded by a group of IG-100 droids. Under normal circumstances, an item approved for private study is removed and transported to the main level exclusively by these droids. It is here that a crude simulacrum created from the algorithms of the actual Holocron of the ancient Sith King Adas is found, as can the legendary Book of Sith and Jedi Path training manuals.
