OOC: Lovely, not only do my attacks get avoided but Rayden gets flung around like a ragdoll with no chance to counter.
Change. There was that word again, plaguing him like some disease. He had heard it thousands of times, oh if he had a single credit for every time he heard the word. "Change, change is inevitable," Rayden replied, spitting blood out of his mouth. "Whether I change now, tomorrow, a year from now. Is not up to you to decide, nor is it Ruin's, do you hear me?"
Rayden staggered up, and it was in that time did he feel unbearable pain. Something had harmed his body in the real world. He squirmed about writhing in pain; what was transpiring outside? He knew he couldn't just up and leave, as much as he desired to. The Sith needed to get past this; and knowing Ruin he would not allow a simple escape. "You are not me," Rayden stated again; he stood up and ignited his lightsaber. The Wraith knew his attacks, if he stood a chance he needed to become unorthodox and not fight the way he was taught. He would have to fight dirty.
He flung his lightsaber at the Wraith, as it hummed toward his foe; he knew the Wraith would be prepared to block it. During that time he sprinted towards him as if his life depended on it. He slid between the Wraith's legs and delivered a powerful blow to the Wraith's groin. Jumping to his feet, Rayden grabbed the pretender by the head and slammed him face first into the ground.
"My fate is for me to decide! Not yours! Not Ruin's! Remember that!" roared Rayden, and with little warning the Marauder began to unleash electricity into the body of the Wraith.
