"The first thing I need done is a routine spice delivery later tonight. Go to the meeting, hand them the spice, take the money, go home. Really, it should be a blue milk run, but I'm sure you know how most blue milk runs turn out. First one thing goes wrong, then another, and before you know it, what should have been a quick in-and-out becomes a full-on lightfight. "-Meetra," Bellatrix broke in, nodding towards Vaeros' right.
A woman, just shorter than Bellatrix, approached with a tray of glasses and a bottle of the same drink Vaeros had been poured. Her wavy hair, hanging down past her shoulders, was dyed a vibrant pink. I have Cen'ma restock-" she broke off mid-sentence and froze in place as she met Vaeros' eyes, the bottle gripped tightly in her hand halfway between the pair. "Vaeros Kasto."
