Backstory: On Voss, the life of a force sensitive member of society was spent in seemingly endless forays into meditation, dreaming, and study. To some, it would probably seem dull and boring. Sen-rah could agree on the part of meditation. Study, however, was something he adored, and spent as much time as he could in libraries learning what he could of the past, of the Voss, of the Force, and all else he could possibly look into. The never-ending troubles with the Gormak were not a concern for him. He did not care so much about their place on this world, the conflict that ever raged between the Voss and them, nor did he care if they left the planet. In fact, he was not a person to believe the Mystics views that letting a single Gormak depart the world would spell the end for the whole of the universe. In fact, it was in his studies that he came across something along the lines of a Gormak already having left the planet some 3 or 4 thousand years previous. And still, the universe kept on spinning… or whatever it did.
Sen-rah was taken into the Tower of Healing at a young age to begin his studies to become a Mystic and the process was a long and drawn out one. It was something he would otherwise be vocally upset over if not for all the peace and quiet afforded him amidst his studies. For that reason, it would seem he would make a favored student and skilled Mystic when he came of age. However, as he went through his studies, it would seem his control over the Force was minimal at best, and even then, only when he wasn’t focused on it. In meditation, and in study, he could do a few things, but when it came time to demonstrate practical use, he could barely call up enough power to do even the simplest of things. His dreams afforded little promise as well.
Dream-walking was a rare skill, but those among the Voss who could use it could look into the minds of themselves, or others that entered the dream world with them. The Mystics foretold a vision that his progressed study in the Force would be a danger, and the dreams showed truth to the fears they had. Because of this, he was expelled from the Tower of Healing, and told to employ himself to some other profession. Sen-rah became embittered and impatient, and in his time, continued his study on his own time. He would have to seek out other sources of information, however, but he would do what he could.
It was not long before his attempts were discovered, and the Mystics began to actively prevent him from getting to any source of knowledge to study. Guards were put up around his house, and even his family was withdrawn from his presence, to sequester him away, out of fear that he would turn to dark practices and become violent. With each passing day, his bitterness would grow and grow, till he decided to stand up before all of Voss-Ka and declare… The Voss people came about as a genetic offshoot of the Gormak. They were all too happy to expel him from the planet at that point. Shoved onto a small ship, Sen-rah eagerly took the chance to soar out into space, away from the Voss. Out in the expanses of space, Sen-rah was eager to resume study of the Force and a great deal of other things.
In his travels, he came across a man living alone. This hermit was clearly not someone incompetent, but people generally avoided him, or he avoided them, either way he lived on his own and suffered no aggravation from anyone around. The man informed Sen-rah he was Sith, and formerly a member of a group called the Sith Brotherhood. Sen-rah had read of the Sith and knew something about them, but not enough, so he was eager to hang about this man and learn more. In time, he learned this man was dying, through his own examination of the man’s well-being. He decided to not break the news to the man, and just studied under him.
After the hermit eventually passed away, Sen-rah gathered the few possessions the man had and took them on his way as he decided to venture out and find this Sith Brotherhood, in the hopes they could continue where the hermit had left off.

Artifact (1) [image] Old Sith Sword :
From ages past, the Sith and Jedi fought over the planet Voss, and in ages past, left their things behind. From ages even older, people hunted for artifacts, and this one seemingly was left behind in a conflict over it. From the days before lightsabers, this sword was a remnant of the days before the empires of old. Found amidst ruins of an old structure, along with statues of the old Sith and Jedi, Vralas had yet to decipher the meaning behind the runes on the blade, but hoped to do so, in time.
Unusual Ability (1) Voss Dream Walking :
As an extension of a meditative focus within the order of Voss's Mystics, entering ones mind in a dream-like state, through the aide of herbs, was a means to center one's thoughts and self. Not necessarily a guidance towards peace, it helped the Mystics understand themselves better, learn their limits better, and of course, exert finer control over the force. Within the dream one would confront their hopes, their fears, their desires, their love, their anger, and find a centering balance over it all. Or at least, that was the intent.
